Description

8/13: NEW APP HAS ARRIVED.
It IS mandatory to switch apps & update bios for OCs of former members. Please talk to the admins and read over the all information before creating, as all OCs/NPCs will be checked thoroughly before acceptance/reacceptance.
This is both the OC and NPC app template, NPCs that haven't updated to this app are still usable.

Artist Notes: Completely textured on the Ipad... and if you wanna know how I got the text... I used the power of cropping and screenshots lol.

===================================================
READ All BEFORE USING.
Make sure to be aware of the info on:bloodyrosalia.deviantart.com/a…
You must include these items on the app and in the description:
===================================================
:bulletred:On the app itself:bulletred:
:bulletblack: The Actual Picture
-You do not require 2 depictions of your OC on the right. One is perfectly fine, but it must be at least knee-up.
But be wary of the space given there, and the fact you'll need to include a headshot/something important later on (continued in another bullet).
-I do NOT allow bases, sketches, or doll-makers. You may commission or request another artist to draw your character if necessary. This concept art better be the best quality you can pull off, we wanna be able to decipher your OC's appearance and all.

:bulletblack: Headshot
-Goes in that box on the upper right. I prefer it to be a headshot so we can get the direct facial details so it can look like an ID of sorts.

:bulletblack: Special Equipment/Items
-Draw those in the hexagons provided next to the space for a headshot.

:bulletblack: Subject number.
This helps admins (well, Bloody at least) identify your character, and...just to look cool.
-If the character is a cyborg, here are the directions for the first three numbers.
The first three squares are for numbers. This to indicate the order of cyborgs in creation. (For Silver, his number would be 001.) If you're a returning member and you're not sure what number you are, turn to the list of characters, there's a spreadsheet there, the second page of that file will have the Roman numerals for your number. If you're a new member or making a new character for generation X, contact the admins to prepare a new number for you (add a new column to the spreadsheet, that is).
-If the character is entirely human, here are the directions.
If your character is potentially hostile, as in, a murderer or mercenary that is currently being search for, you first write in a "H", with the last two spaces for any numbers you'd like.
If your character is not dangerous in such a way (if you're a terrorist that's a hacker, you'd place here.), your first letter is a P, and followed by two numbers of your choice.

The forth space is used to determine affiliation. Place either an A, R, U, or N. A for agents, R for rebels, U for union of terrorists, N off neutral this is the last space to fill for non-cyborg characters.
The fifth is to determine generation. Place 1,2,3,4 or X for this space. If you placed X, write the number type your OC is most similar to in the next space.

Example codes:
Silver (the first Agent): 001R1
A random mercenary: H76U
A citizen that has been noticed: P43N
A random gen-X cyborg who is similar to a guardian-type: 042AX3

:bulletblack: Written stuff.
In the space on the bottom right, you must include a name- now, if you can provide both the real name and alias/nickname, great, but if your OC's real name is really really forgotten, than you can put N/A there or something. If you're OC doesn't have a pseudonym others refer to him/her by, then so be it-- I highly recommend one though.
Age- just write it down. Same goes for gender. You can specify more personal details in the written description.
Affiliation- write one of these:
Agency, Rebels, or Union. If they are only an ally and not a member, specify so by writing "ally of" in front.
-Make your signature weapon, unique and applying to what your OC will use the most. Try to be realistic, but variety is acceptable if it is applicable and effective in rps.

:bulletblack: Stats.
These instructions are extremely important to follow:
Each box represents a stat point.
The minimum and maximum number of stat points for cyborgs would be about 10-15 (Capping age-gained points at 15.) Subtract 3 from your OCs age to find their number of stat points.
Mind that there are 30 boxes in total with a max of 6 points per category (Strength, Defense, Speed, Experience, Knowledge).
As for human and mercenaries, there is a max. cap on 3 for the first three skills. The number of stat points for average humans is not determined by age, but your choices will be carefully evaluated, so make your distribution reasonable.

Here are the averages for each cyborg generation from the first cycle:
=Veterans: Avg. 15 pts (Max)
Str: *****
Def: *
Sp: *
Ex: *****
Kn: ***
=Trackers: Avg. 15 pts (Max)
Str: *
Def: **
Sp: ****
Ex: ***
Kn: *****
=Hunters: Avg. 15 pts (Max)
Str: ****
Def: ***
Sp: *****
Ex: *
Kn: **
=Guardians: Avg. 14 pts
Str: **
Def: *****
Sp: **
Ex: ***
Kn: ***
=Specialists: Avg: 12 pts
Str: (Either one of these are a 6. The others would be one or two.)
Def: ( " " )
Sp: ( " " )
Ex: ( " " This would normally be a 0.)
Kn: ( " " )

To understand the measurement and weight of each point, think of it as this:
0 pts= Extreme defect and weakness. At or below human average, in fact.
1 pt= Rather weak, enough to match a normal human.
2 pts= Probably could compete with expert/athlete.
3 pts= Where abnormal starts coming in. Decently talented here in comparison to the cyborgs.
4 pts= Strength in terms of the other cyborgs.
5 pts= Extremely developed. Really easy to see abnormality here.
6 pts= Mastered/perfect, and this is really supposed to be used for Specialists.

:bulletred:To be written as bio and in description box upon submission:bulletred:
I don't require walls upon walls of text but heck, be as specific as you can if you want to get accepted. But if you're new, don't include other people's OCs unless you have permission.

FOR OCs----------------------

:bulletblack:Alias/Other Titles
:bulletblack:Weapon of Choice (describe it if necessary

:bulletblack:Affiliation (Argent/Agent/Union)

:bulletblack:Other Notes
